21 Dale End - the house

A bright, sunny private home, 21 Dale end sleeps six in three bedrooms. It really is a four star house, with fresh and contemporary décor, top quality fittings and equipment throughout, a south facing garden and off street parking. Wonderful walks, superb sailing, birdwatching and beautiful beaches are all within minutes of the front door!

Situated on the small Dale End estate in Brancaster Staithe, set back from the coast road with views over to the marshes, the house is a minute's walk from the Norfolk Coastal Path with excellent pubs, dining and shopping on the doorstep.

21 Dale End sleeps six. The large main bedroom, with its new ensuite bathroom, has a kingsize bed and ample room for a travel cot. This is a lovely, bright room with windows looking north over to the marshes and the sea, and south over the garden. The second and third bedrooms have twin and full size bunk beds respectively. The family bathroom has a power shower over the bath. An airing cupboard opens onto the landing.

Downstairs, the lobby (with loo and cloaks off) opens into the dining area, which has a generously sized table. The new kitchen is fully fitted with a Bosch oven and microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and large fridge freezer. Also, toaster, food processor and ample, top quality, kitchen equipment. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the integral garage.

The large sunny sitting room has a new smart TV incorporating all the usually available Freesat stations, radio and a wide range of internet connected apps for catch up and subscription delivery (including Netflix & Amazon). Additionally there are DVD and CD players. You’ll also find lots of books, maps, games and puzzles to entertain all ages! Patio doors from this room open onto the terrace and enclosed, south-facing sun-trap garden. A garden table, chairs and umbrella are provided, as well as deck chairs and a barbeque.

The house has free wi-fi, there is off-street parking on the driveway and room for sails, bikes etc in the single garage.
